Request Account & Data Deletion
Save The Stash gives adult consumers full ownership and control over their account data. You can delete your account directly inside the app or submit a web request below.
Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can permanently erase your profile and local tokens instantly inside the mobile app:
- Open the Save The Stash app on your device.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
- Scroll down to Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Account & Data.
- Confirm the deletion prompt. Your session, favorites, and profile data will be permanently purged immediately.
Option 2: Web Deletion Request
If you no longer have the app installed, send an email from your registered account address to:
Subject: Account Deletion Request
What is deleted: Your authentication credentials, profile information, push notification tokens, and storefront favorites.
Statutory Retention Note: Under Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) regulations (COMAR 14.17), dispensaries are required to maintain transaction and pickup verification records for 7 years. Those statutory retailer logs are held independently by the licensed storefront and are not affected by consumer app account deletion.
